However Peacemaker Psychology supports improving accessibility to psychological services and the cost of a consultation (50-60 minutes) is $170. A concession rate of $120 is available for federal concession card holders (Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, or Commonwealth Seniors Health Card).

You are not able to claim a rebate from Medicare and your private health fund. You must choose which rebate you will claim. You do not need a referral to claim a rebate from your private health fund. Please check with your private health fund for further rebate information.
You do not need a referral to make an appointment. Some clients prefer not to involve anyone else. This is fine, it just means you are not eligible for a Medicare rebate, however you may still be eligible for a rebate if you have private health cover.
